When do hosts get paid?

Hosts receive payment automatically after each charging session is completed. Funds are typically deposited within 2-5 business days.

How much should I charge?

Hosts set their own rates based on their location, charger speed, and local electricity costs. Our platform provides suggested pricing based on your area to help you stay competitive.

Are there cancellation fees?

Renters can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before their booking. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Payment information is encrypted and never shared with hosts or renters.
